We are at your service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and you will always speak directly to the on call funeral director.
Following a death at home, your local doctor or the paramedics will also need to be contacted, so that the death may be certified.
When you are ready for us to do so, Daniel and a member of our dedicated team will transfer your loved one to our Chapels of Rest at our funeral home in Sutton Coldfield.
If you wish to remain with your loved one, you may travel with us to the funeral home in Sutton Coldfield, to see your loved one safely resting in our care.
